Do my customers know it's an agent?
Yes — honestly and gracefully. Every agent carries the surname “Do” (you pick the first name) and signs off as your business's digital assistant. Customers learn the name and keep emailing like normal.
What if it gets a price wrong?
Prices aren't generated — they're calculated from your rate card by the same engine every time. If an enquiry doesn't fit your catalogue, the agent doesn't guess; it asks you.
Does it take over my email?
No. It reads new enquiries and replies from your own address — everything stays in your Gmail or Outlook, sent folder included. Disconnect any time.
